Indian recipes?

Since I realized many indian restaurants have many vegan items I've been getting indian take out once a week or so for the past month, I hadn't gotten take out in years before! I normally take chana masala (chickpea curry) and saag aloo (spinach curry) with a raw katchumber salad and whole wheat roti bread.

I was wondering if anyone has raw versions of these or other indian recipes so I can maybe cut down on my indian take outs.

I just took out my rainbow green live food cuisine book since I remembered it had many indian recipes, I just made the indian flat bread for the first time it's dehydrating right now. I also remembered their raw samosas which I had done a few times before but in in well over a year now so I'll make those too. His creamed spinach curry is also really good.

I have made it and loved it. I didn't use as much banana as the recipe called for.
