Hello I am new and here because I saw Alissa on the Today Show this morning. I am here right now because I am more curious then anything else. I am 40 years old and have been searching for some time on a way to lose weight and better my health. I'm tired of feeling 90 instead of 40. I hope I find what I am looking for here.
