Unfortunately I do not have a food processor or a dehydrator because my parents don't want to spend money on one. Being a raw teen without a car/job can be kinda difficult sometimes...

Any good/easy recipes I can try?

=)

Does your Mother have a Blender where you can make Smoothies? If no Food Processor, you can use a Knife and cut up whatever you need. you can shredd Zuccini with a hand too that I'm sure in in your Kitchen, for Pasta.

A Good Recipe to try would be Spaghetti and Sauce, Shread the Zuccini and Chop up Vegetables for the Sauce.

Pretty much almost everything they use a food processor that you can use a knife and shops instead. For noddles, use a carrot piller and just make slice with it. If you can save a $5 once in a while if you have any pocket money. You can get a food process for about 30-40 dollars at walmart.

Suggestion instead of crackers : Organic iceberg salad. They make great tacco shelf.

You can make a raw salsa.

For pate, just use a knife for the corse ingredient and mix with your hand such tahini or any liquid stuff.

If your mom has a blender, you can make raw soup, and many recipes.

The raw family started with simple food because they didn't have any raw recipes or appliance to make raw food. They would eat just whole food such fruit alone at first. Could be challenging at first since you don't have the pleasure of gourmet but the good news if you hang in there, you will heal quicker your craving for cook food.

Good for you for doing it without any equipment. If at all possible, keep an eye out at your local Goodwill or Salvation Army for things you might need. Or even yard sales. Don't get discouraged and keep up the good work!

When I was a teen, I always had a job. Started babysitting at 13. Saved my money and purchased a car with cash at 18 (and, ever since). Before I got my own car, had friends who had a car. You'll experience LOTS of freedom when you have your own money and not depending on others. Can you take the bus?

In the meantime, not knowing what you have/don't have, mostly just guessing so, what DO you have? Blender? knives? what does your mother use to cut things up and make lunch/dinner or is it frozen/prepackaged?

Cole slaws and salads are REALLY easy. The dressing can be made in a bottle (shake it up!) and dressings are what make the salad. You can have all the same ingredients in the salad itself and change it on a daily basis with whatever dressings you create. Add raisins, sunflower seeds, sliced olives, strawberries and/or grapes to change the flavors.

You can get some nori and wrap up all kinds of veggies.

Same with collard, romaine or even head lettuce. Cut up various veggies and avocado, wrap 'em up!

Salsa is easy. Add to mashed avos and you've got guac.

Get soft dates and add a soaked/dried almond in the middle.

Enjoy!
