Potato ideas?

Would anyone please oh please give me a potato recipe for my dehydrator? I have 20 pounds of russetts! Eek! Thanks a bunch!

if you want the taters crispy you need to slice them as evenly thin as possible ..

skys the limit for toppings you can toss them in before you dehydrate

mix some coconut oil with miso for a buttery tasting coating
toss them in some nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor
spices for nacho type
plain salt an pepper an veg oil
soak in apple cider vinegar then dehyrate for a tangy type :)

im still trying to nail down a sourcream and onion type flavor but so far have failed miserably :P i get the onion but not the sourycreamy flavor :)

oh and make sure you CUT OFF any green spots on the taters .. the green spots are very bad for you :)
