Welcome to day 21!
Hi everyone,
I'm planning to join the June 30-day challenge, but do you mind if I start right now and start posting here? I've been high raw for a couple months and am really ready to go back to 100% raw, which I've done on & off many times in the past 2 years. The weather is finally warming up here in Vermont and fruits & veggies are coming into season! Summer as a raw foodist is the best!
This is my plan for the day:
B: green smoothie (2 bananas, strawberries, kale, water), another banana dipped in raw cacao powder, and an apple. Also had a T of maca powder in water. Yuck but I bought it by mistake (it has the same packaging as my cacao powder) and don't want to waste it!
L: lara bar and hopefully I'll have time to make a salad w/ baby romaine, red pepper, grape tomatoes, sprouts and apple cider vinegar. Also a pear.
S: banana
D: probably another green smoothie- same as breakfast but w/ frozen mango
S: probably another banana w/ cacao powder
Not sure if I'll have time to work out today. I'm a runner but only doing around 20-25 miles/week right now as I ease back into 100% raw foodism.

Sunny lovley day, raw family!
I feel great again, wont go back to bread any time soon, jeez that felt awful!
Bought little over 1 lb of kai choy at my local asian store, at a very good price! I'm reading Victoria Boutenko's books now, so i'm very inspired to increase my daily greens! Even though 2 lbs of leafy greens a day sounds lika an awful lot of greens... (and Money! right now spinach is 10 dollars per lb here :eek:!)
Foods today:
B - soaked oat groats, sesame mylk, seeds, banana and rasin
S - an orange
L - 1 quart green smoothie of 1,5 banana, kai choy and 2 pears
S - a pear
D - salad: apple, avocado, carrot, sauerkraut, lentil sprouts and dressing
S - date/sunflower/cacaco-balls

Wonderful day! I'm just back from a 5 hour inline-skating trip and now I'm hungry :D
I'm having clover sprouts and a banana for lunch, my breakfast was a pineapple and a melon. For dinner, I will make a tomato-cucumber salad with wild greens.

Welcome meow. Glad to have you and good luck on the june challenge.
Well, today is the next to the last day I'll be with you all. Vacation starts tomorrow. I will not have my computer, so I will be signing off, but I m determined to stay Raw.
Today:
B: Green Smoothie
S: Fruit
L: Pizza, salad and vanilla shake
D: I my last uncooking class this evening and we will be making lots of yummy treats.

Commoncents- have fun on vacation! Aren't you going to Atlanta for part of your trip? If so you really need to go to the DeKalb Farmer's Market. It is huge and has tons of produce that I had never seen before.
So far, so good for me

Thank you murphydoodle. Yes, I am going to Atlanta for the last part of my trip. I have been to the DeKalb Farmer's Market and it is incredible!!!!! I will go again on this trip to get lots of treats. Atlanta also has a wonderful Raw restaurant called Luv n' it live. I always go there when I'm in town.

Another hot day and light eating on the go, after work i had an errand to run and returned home and within and hour i was off to the park for some movement :) . Off to the store i go to buy more raw goodies for the next few weeks and around 9:00 pm i was home tired and just showered, relaxed and nighty night i went.
Todays intake:
B: banana muffin, water.
L: corn chips/crackers, water. (was a quick lunch)
D: corn chips/crackers, lemonade, water.
