I made this lil thing up, it's really nice and filling but light:
Threw a few carrots into my vitamix while turned on and half of lid on, (you could use a food processor too) and then drizzled raw olive oil and some braggs aminos(or nama shoyu or if you're not particular about being completely raw then soy sauce) a squeeze of lime and some lemon.
EDIT: Don't let it turn to mush, just so that it's like diced/sliced carrots
