Im fifteen, and after spending a few weeks researching and testing what feels right to me, I have decided to start my raw diet off 100% raw (mainly because I've noticed I feel better on the days where I tried 100% raw and when I was testing out less then 100% I binged quite a bit and didn't feel nearly as great on the days where I stayed 100%). I was wondering if there was any specific way that I should start off my diet. Should I do some sort of cleanse first? Should I just jump straight into what I'll normally be eating for my raw diet?
Also any advice that you have feel free to post =) Thanks!

I would get a RAW Book and do some reading for my own edification. Alissa, the Sponsor of this Forum has a very Good one, "Living on Live Food" you can purchase it to the left of this page or check your Local Library and see if they have it.
Just eating Salads, Fruits and Nuts are one way to Begin. You can make Smoothies using all Fruit or use Fruit mixed with Green Vegetables.
In Alissa's Book and other RAW Books, you will find recipes for making RAW dishes. Have you ever eaten at a RAW place before?
What does your Parents think about your New LifeStyle? So read all you can and if you get stuck.....ask away.

If you jump straight into 100%, be thoroughly prepared for the first week.
Plan your meals in advance, make sure you have lots of snacks in your bag when you are out and about, fruit and chopped veg, raw snack bars and nibblies, juice, nuts and seeds etc.
But relax, enjoy all the seasonal fruits available, go into your local health food store to see what sort of raw products they have available.
And drink green smoothies, they will help with any cravings and weird emotional stuff and help to make sure you are getting your greens.
GO YOU!!!!!
Also, ask for help, it's expected and people are nice and helpful here!
