2006 - SAD (working at a fast food restaraunt-acquired staph infection several months later and hit hospital bed)

2008 - 5 months 99.5% Vegan, over a year w/ out meat (Hmm... have to say probably about 50% raw food)

March, 2009 - Only about 2 months totally RAW vegan. Already outdated, but it's what I got on this computer.

Paying less for food, full energy and athletic ability, only crave fruits/salads/nuts, almost never very hungry/very full, lighter than ever and stronger than ever, my list goes on and on.
hmm.. ice cream and ribs never gave me this kind of comfort...
