I need recipes with no salt, sugar, real chocolate, or anythink cooked

Im young and need recipes so i can make my own stuff because all the internet sites where you can order premade raw food if you read the ingredants that always try to sneek in somthing cooked or real chocolate. Ow yea or salt.
Please help any help would be greatly apriciated. :D

Welcome! If you look under "Raw Food and Preparation" on the main page, you'll find tons of recipes... just spend some time cruising through there and see what looks good to you. That's the best way to start the quickest.
