Is this Detox already?

I have been about 50% raw for 4 years, but for the past 4 days I have been 100% raw and a week prior to that about 75% raw. I feel AWFUL. Headache coming on, sore throat, my back hurts, I am tired...almost like I am sick. Could this be detox already? It seems a little too soon. Just wondering if anyone could relate how long it took them to detox? Thank you all again!

As a follow up (now about 6 hours since I posted this) I am almost sure I am detoxing, my mouth has a film and I can almost feel my body working thru toxins. It's pretty rough. Uhg

Still pretty bad today, this is worse than Ithought it would be. I didn't sleep well. I need to get thru this soon. My guess is how long it last can vary?

Take a long hot epsom salt soak, it helps so much.

Drink lots of water.

I am trying to hang in there, but I don't feel good at all. All I can figure is I must be quite toxic, which is probably part of the reason I am here in the first place...and would explain some of my problems. At any rate, this is more pronounced than I expected and I just feel awful.

I don't know who I am quoting here...sorry.....
but also, be careful....to quick of a detox can be dangerous....I'm not suggesting you go back but maybe have a steamed veggie at dinner or something else that is harmless but can slow the detox a bit.....or....step up the elimination with colonics or some other form of bowel cleansing

I've been 100% Raw for three weeks and I'm experiencing the same symptoms. I feel really bad and just in time for vacation. Great!

I hope you do as well, and I think you will. After two days of feeling horrible I am better today...not 100% but better. I imagine the worst part of the detox doesnt last too long, but of course all experiences vary. It's funny, I have never seen my toungue so white as it is today. That's a good sign.
