Lookie what I got here!!!

I made Alissa's Enchaladas yesterday and my HUBBY ATE IT!!!! Of course, he added Pico de Gallo and picked it up like a taco...(can't take him anywhere....:o), but who CARES!!!! He ate it and he LOVED it!!!! How COOL is THAT!!! :cool:

Sure, the one that is open is RAWvolution by Matt Amsden. Here is a photo of the Cookies I was making at the time this photo was taken... They are called "Come Bite the Apple" Cookes...and they are too good!!!

I tasted my pineapple/banana/cacao smoothie this morning and it was so...ooo good and I offered my husband a taste so he wouldn't feel left out. He barely tasted it and didn't like it.
