Kevin basically interviewed over 200 experts in the field...Here is how he defines why he wrote the book and how it can dispel confusion for a lot of us....


"Over the last 4 months, I've been working
hard to compile and extract all the great
information that I've learned over the
last 200 or so interviews that I've
conducted.

It was tedious work.

And all for one purpose. To make your
health transformation easier.

I knew that there was confusion. In
fact, I was starting to suffer from info
