Hi all My partner and I have been 100% raw for 30 days (on the 20th) and we have loved it.
Rick my partner has coeliac disease and the raw food diet is really helping him feel more human! I have been raw on and off for a couple of years but have decided to really get on with it and "work it all out"
I have had trouble with my weight for years, and have recently dropped 2 dress sizes from a uk 16 to a 12:) I hope to stick with this as I feel much better about myself and do so love all the experimenting with flavours and making dehydrated goodies!

We live in Bulgaria with our 3 dogs and 1 cat and a huge garden, which we are setting up to grow lots of great green goodies, fruit and all good things to eat!

Yay, keep it up, keep it up!

Each month that passes I feel more and more amazing about my decision to keep it uncooked... and I feel it in my heart that the more people that make this wonderful change for ourselves and for our environment, the sooner the world will take notice. It's essential in a "greener" world!
The rewards are gonna be far beyond anything else... I'm sure of it.

cheers and good luck from the states! :)
