1 cup packed mint leaves (not the stems!)
4 brazil nuts
1 tbs. artisana coconut creme (coconut butter)
1/4 cup cacao nibs
3 cups ice cold spring water
Stevia, to taste (or your fave raw sweetener . . . but I find stevia works great in this recipe)
Blend all ingredients except for the cacao nibs. Strain if desired. Add the cacao nibs and pulse a couple of times to break them up more.
