I think, my detox illnesses are now seriously starting :-(
Since yesterday I've had stomack aches, diarrhoea, headaches, watery anditching eyes, sniffing nouse, heavy period and circulatory disturbances (dizziness). I whish I could be in the shower all day, but I can't stand for so long :-(

Oh, Cerellia, i hope you feel better soon!

Me, i've been soooo tired today, the kind of tired i get when i'm bored and haven't had enough to eat and not slept properly. Brrr...

Also, since i discovered the magical powers of chewing properly i've gotten terrible headaches from my temples down to the jaw...hope they'll fade when i get more used to this kind of eating. Gd, i feel exhausted and emotionally drained. it might be the weather. i get this feeling before thunder.

What i've eaten today:

B - fruit salad (banana, kiwi, apple, sunflowerseeds and rasins)
S - Banana
L - Improvised mushroom pate/patties. Nwahh.. not my finest creation (portobello, red onion, lentil sprout, tahini, evoo, garlic, chili pepper, spices, ground flax seed and sesame seeds on the outside) with a salad of grated carrots, turnips, apples and sauerkraut. Dessert: rasins
S - Sweet Gooey Mess: Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, dates and salt in blender smeared on apple slices... HEAVEN!
D - nothing. that sweet gooey mess was sooo filling, i don't think i've ever felt this full before. and it wasn't even that much! funny

B- Smoothie w/ banna, strawberries, red maca, camu camu and water
L- Pizza
S- Watermelon
D- Salad

I hope you all feel better soon. I got an upset tummy two days in a row. One from eating a pad thai dish that I made in an uncooking class I took this past Thursday, and the other from some carrot juice that I made at home. So, today I think I'm going to take it easy and won't eat much at all. I'm thinking a water fast will be in order for a couple of days and since it will be 100 degress today where I live, I don't think I'll be in the mood for food anyways.

I think I am at the point where I am ready to do Raw simply with fruits and salads and occasional more complicated dishes. I'm getting tired of being in the kitchen all of the time and I think the gourmet raw dishes are keeping the weight on. Now here it is time for vacation and I have not released much of my weight.

Cerellia and Springtime- I hope you're feeling like yourself soon!! ((((HUGS)))))

I've had a BUSY weekend so far. Yesterday I had to take a class for work in the morning. I brougt almonds and a Larabar because I knew there would be little or no raw options there.... There wasn't a piece of fruit to be found. And I'm a Nurse so this was at a medical clinic and all they had was cookie, sweet rolls, etc... How SAD (literally)!!

Last night I hosted a party for one of my friends that is getting married out of town so all of us local friends had dinner together. She brought pizzas for everyone and salad. I ate the salad and some zucchini pasta with some raw pesto- it was delish!! I wouldn't have had the pizza either way as there was dairy cheese on it.

Here's today so far--
B- Green smoothie- Spinach, bananas, strawberries, blueberries

L- Salad from Panera Bread (I did eat some of the bread that my salad came with- duh. Old habits die hard!!)

S- banana and recently a "home grown" alfalfa sprouts with vinegar

D- Tomato salad

S- maybe a small smoothie if I'm hungry...

I'm liking this raw food a lot, but going out seems quite challenging!! I need to be stronger when I go out!! Rawk on friends! :D

i spent more time than usual in the kitchen because I was just plain bored today. So I ate lots of snacks, some of which included:

1.Mashed banana and pepitas with nutmeg, cinnamon, and agave, with some chocolate almond milk on top -- kind of like cereal. Did the same thing later, but with finely chopped green apple. really good!
2.tomato and leek salad
3.lettuce salad with nutritional yeast, leek,currants, olive oil and ACV

I have dicovered when I'm up and keeping myself occupied, I feel much better than when I'm hagning out in bed or on the computer. I have to go to university, today, anyway and I might even do some exercises, later, when I feel like it.
After all, I got myself to eat somthing, yesterday: zucchini pasta with tomato sauce. It was the first time, I have prepared something fancy on raw and I really enjoyed it. I used the same incredience I would have used for a cooked tomato sauce: fresh tomatos, onions and garlic and just chopped them and mashed them with a fork. The Spagethis, I just cut with a knife. I liked it and the way it looked like a pasta had a strong psychological impact *g*.

My body is doing moe releasing (i think the word "release" should explain):o I have a massive headache and staying inside:(, such a beautiful day want to go out and enjoy the sun, i have the windows all open and just enjoy the day looking out:( Yesterday i made it to the park and got a good walk and light jog in so some movement and progress in exercising. :D
