hello all.
I have not been raw for about a month now, and i know i need to go back. Im going to do a water fast first and i was wondering of you could give me some tips as i have never done any fast before.
I dont know how long im going to do it for, and my diabetes doc says she is fine with it.

Is it ok to add lemon/lime/ginger/cayenne to the water to spice it up a bit, or will this confuse the body into thinking it is getting nutriants?

What do you do to help you through it? Do you have any tips fo rme?

thanks :)

and you can do this however you wish. if you want to add something to your water, then do so. there are no fasting police, no rules... only the ones you make for yourself :)

1. drink a lot of water

2. go for a walk as often as u could

3. talk to people

4. read articles about fasting everyday for inspiration

5. write journals

6. take baths more often

7. not to try prolonged fast while u're busy with work

8. not to turn on the tv coz there are too many temptations

i hope the little personal advices above helps:)
