She mentioned back in April that she read Alissa's book. Maybe her friend is unreachable, maybe she needed it quick.

Don't have the book, otherwise I'd email it.

That's a good one! I've made it several times as patties and a couple of days ago I decided to make it as a pate and use it in wraps, dipping flax crackers on, spreading on onion bread...eating with my fingers...
