I've decided to try it for 10 days and see how it goes. I just feel the need to do it, so am going with a mostly water and probably tea fast right now. Talk to me about this kind of fasting, how hard was it, did it help you with your food cravings, etc? how about fatigue? I'm concerned about being tired as I just started another semester - and this one is jam packed - but for my overall well being I think it's time for a quick fast to see how it helps me. I am soooo tempted with food right now, comfort types of things, that I need to make a break and get myself in line with my goals. I'd love to hear your stories. Thanks!

take it day by day... you may be too tired to do your work or you may find you have unlimited energy!

i prefer juice fasting... water just doesn't do it for me. i've done a 15 day water fast which felt great while i was doing it... but i don't know if i'll do another one. ah let's be honest... every time i say that i do it LOL so i probably will at some point LOL but not when i have 'stuff' to get done that's for sure.

I recently completed a 7-day water fast (that I had thought would be a 21-day water fast. But no.) It was a great experience and I missed the experience when it was over. I was fatigued the whole time, but felt mentally and emotionally very peaceful and clear-headed after the first 3 days or so...

I am now pondering how I might want to incorporate fasting in shorter time-frames into my life. It was a great experience!

Good luck with yours. :)

i have just started a water fast (on day 2) and i was so suprised at how well the first day went. Im feeling a little weak today, but other than that, good.

Im taking it day by day, but it would be fantastic to reach 10 days (even though i will be fasting on my birthday!)

good luck with everything!
