PURE raw food bars

They were selling them at Trader Joes last night!

I bought 3 - mainly for the kids - and to support trader joes making an effort! DD refused to try, maybe today..... - DS really like it. He also drank his green smoothie last night! Yeay!

But does anyone know if they are 100% RAW?:eek:

I know - but I won't eat them unless they are totally and without question, 100% - anyone tried them? Anyone have info?

It would be so great if raw was getting so much more prevalent, places like trader joes had really raw supplies like this - reasonable prices!

I use to eat them & sell them. Don't think I like them as much now. Blueberry & Chocolate Brownie isn't 100%. The cashews aren't hand-shelled, but other than that the others are supposedly raw. I haven't spoken with them recently regarding the almonds though. The brown rice is enzymatically processed so it is not heated over 110.
