I am still trying to get the hang of this. It's a tough go, but well worth it. What I have accomplish is being consistantly 50-60% raw over the last 4 years and for the last week about 90% raw. I also have managed to get my wife to eat 50-70% raw and she has been about 80% over the last week. We both know it is the answer to so much we seek, yet it is still our biggest challenge. One of these days!
