I pledged to be totally raw for 30 whole days straight. I have been mostly raw for over 2 years now and wanted to step in up a notch with a 30 day challenge. I got to day 23 but slipped today. What happened to my will power??? I will try to start again tomorrow but I am so dissappointed in myself

You might look at being empowered vs willpower. Willpower says one is weak and lacks something. Empowerment gives you a powerful place to stand for your health. Coming from that place, you can take this powerful stand right up again,without failure. Great job you are doing!!!
