I posted this on another thread, along with someone else's post, but now I can't find where I posted it  Sorry about that.
But where can I find Miso, that has nothing added, and that is fine to eat?
Do I need to order it? My health food store has some packets but a lot of other ingredients are added.
Thanks!!
Cathy

my health store has them in small yogurt sized looking mini tubs right beside the tofu and soy cheese. U could try looking there. Personally i dont really like miso so i wont be buying it again.

I use quite a bit of miso mostly for salad dressing. I buy mine at an asian grocery store. they have all kinds of variety, even the non-gmo organic ones with no added ingredient.

That may be why it had a lot of added ingredients, it was in a packet, dry.
I will check in the yogurt section.
Thank you!!

South River Miso is the raw brand.

There's a mellow white unpasteurized miso that's pretty awesome...
