Hi, I would like to bulk up on a mostly raw food diet from current 175lb to at least 225lb..trying to get robocop jacked. But I can only gain weight eating +4500cal/day, which seems unattainable on a purely raw diet as the waterweight from fruits/veggies fills me up too fast and I top out at 3000cal even though I'm ultra full and have eaten 8-9 meals.
Most of the raw plans I've seen are a joke and must come to a pathetic 1500-2000cal a day... this is not acceptable, How can I get the cals up, not get super full and ensure I can still eat 8-9 big size meals a day (I need to be eating a shitload every 2 hours) but still eat mostly raw?
Also what do you eat before bed... I'm used to eating cottage cheese as it gives me at least 5 hours before hunger pains kick in again and I wakeup and have to eat
Also 2.. Is nonfat plain yogurt really that bad? It has become pretty much a staple as it has fixed my digestion problems.
