p90x????

i am thinking of buying a p90x dvd set.
has anyone used it?
if anyone has any info, please share.
the infomercial looks good. but then i guess they always do...just not sure if it would be too intense, etcor if its worth the money.

I tried p90x for a while. I'm not in good shape and couldn't keep up with it. However, I've been working out and once I get into good enough shape I'm going back to p90x. It is hard work but way worth it IMO. Check out their website (I don't remember the URL). There you can see a lot of before and after photos. They're really inspirational.

Go to the Video Fitness web site (http://www.videofitness.com/). If you search the General Discussion archives in the Forum part of the site, you will find threads galore on P90X with lots of info. Video Fitness is a great site, and consumer-run--that is, people make exercise videos aren't allowed to post. You get very honest pro and con opinions on videos.
