Hey everyone I am looking for some insight.

I have Bronchitis right now. I am on antibiotics. It's been a few days and I don't really feel any better so I went back to the doctor. He gave me an inhailor to help me breathe. Well he showed me how to take the first puff, and within like 10 mins of taking that I felt awful. I felt hot and like I was going to pass out and throw up everywhere. I don't know how I drove myself home, I was terrified I'd throw up all over myself or pass out I had cold air blowing on me the whole way home. When I got home I threw up everything I ate for breakfast and felt like I'd pass out.

I am now sick of doctors. What can I do naturally to help myself? I have to work tomorrow and I teach kids swim lessons. I am in no shape to go in but it's not negotiable.

Is there any advice anyone can offer. Thanks so much.

When I'm not feeling well I like to increase the fresh raw garlic in my diet.

You need greens to help you detox and heal your body. I don't even know if antibiotics ever worked on me. I was prescribed them so many times for every kind of throat and tonsil infection i got every single year. They never worked. Since going raw i haven't been sick in the slightest. Try to get off the drugs and either fast or do lots of green smoothies and green juices and that will give your body the building blocks to help you get better.

I agree whole heartedly! You are obligated NOT to go to work with those kids in this sort of condition! sorry if that sounds harsh, but I bet the parents of said kids would feel the same way!

as for helping with the bronchitis here is some info on helping it naturally
I agree with Veronica that antibiotics are not really a 'cure', but bronchitis can be fatal if un treated, so be smart about your healing process and good luck to you! I hope you feel better soon!!!

I had an awful round of bronchitis a few years back, it got so bad that when i coughed the muscles in my throat would cramp and i could not breathe, cos they were so worn out from so much coughing.
I didn't dare to sleep alone, so i moved into my mothers room, because i would stop breathing when i slept, and i didn't wake up (really scary).

Well, what helped me was
a) garlic: eating, making tea from it, mincing it and putting it in tiny cloths and stick it in my ears
b) copious amounts of echinacea tea. I'd have a thermos with me all the time.
c) the inhalors i got from my doc. If they made you nauseous, i think it's because you got a too strong dose. You should call your doc and ask if there's a milder one. When i got mine i think nausea was a side effect.
d) REST. i stayed home for 2 weeks before it healed. And there's really nothing else you can do, because if you keep working it'll never never never clear up, and it can get really nasty.

Best of luck with healing, keep us posted!

I would finish the antibiotic cure from the doc. if I was you. (remember to eat probiotics while you do, and after)

Collodial silver, garlic and olive leaf extract is all great to take care of viruses and bacterial infections.

Stay home in bed, rest, drink lots of water and eat fruits or juices. You will be better in no time :)

Happy healing :D get better soon.

Dr. Victor G. Rocine in 1930 said "If we eat wrongly, No doctor can cure us; If we eat rightly, no doctor is needed"

The more you get in tune with your body, and what it is you're eating, you will come to find a balance, your diet that works with your body, your mind and your spirit.

Huge amounts of garlic, vitamin C (powder usually best) and echinacea.
