Stevia After Taste

I tried Stevia some years ago and found that, at least to me, it tasted like sweet n low, which I hated. To me it had a really weird chemical after taste.

I am wondering if they have changed the taste somehow because on this site and others so many people rave about how much sweeter it is and that to them there is no after taste.

Any thoughts?

I like the green leaf powder and tea made from the whole leaves. The tinctures and the white stuff can be nasty.

There are quite a few stevia products out there, each tasting differently. The clearer the liquid is, the more processing and chemicals used to get it that way. Best bet as RS said is the green leaf powder ~ or, grow your own as I do.

I have some and I hate it. It leaves a bit of a "twang" in your bouth. KInd of like sweet-n-low like you said. It is a liduid and I really dislike it.

i ordered some of the organic whole leaf and i use it in teas but i still find it to have that weird aftertaste... ive had smoothies with it and it made them taste weird. but thats just me.
