hey guys whats the best way to fast wehn you don't have a juicer? maybe a water fast? i read if i do a fast i will start to gain weight so ill do that. thx

Yes, a water fast or if you have a citrus juicer (motorized or manual) you could do an orange juice fast (see http://thegardendiet.com/theojdiet.html) or the Master Cleanse (see http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings...er_cleanse.html). You could also just commit to eating one type of fruit for say a week for example, all oranges or all watermelon or grapefruit.

These are some of the things I've seen and read others do besides a juice fast.

thx rawkinlocks when you say chose one type of fruit do you mean i should be having just the fruit no other veggies or anything? i went to curezones website and read stuff in parasite forum . was freaky but i wonder if the reason i won't gain weight is because of them i am a slow developer i guess and i was thin before raw eating loads of fish and chicken so im stuck lol
