How long have you been doing the GS 3x/a day for now?

You could be retaining water or your body is rebuilding some organ inside, this will give the illusion of gaining weight in term of fat but in truth you aren't
Eat eat and eat, don't worry about the weight at first. It is so important to train your mind to convince it that raw food is comfortable. I ate what i wanted and lost more then i would imagine in two months.
The only change, i would do, i would take the time to sip the smoothie. 50% of your digestion start in your mouth.
The more you take your time to chew (even for smoothie), the easier it is to digest.
Congratulations, you are doing great!

People do smoothie feasts and still loose weight. I was drinking them like you 3 times a day and was loosing weight.

If you have only gained 1 1/2 lb that does not mean you have put on any fat.
Maybe you have eaten or drunk more than usual and the food and water is still in your digestive system.
Or your muscles are filling up with glycogene which tys water.
Or you are storing water in other parts of your body.
Or you have built up muscles (though this usally does not happen so fast).
ect..

maybe you have lost some fat and replaced it with muscle. just because you have gained "weight" on the scale does not necessarily mean your body has gained more fat. muscle is heavier than fat.
