Hey everyone how are you?
I am sick right now with Bronchitis. I had to take antibiotics for it.
I have to take them for 1 week with food. I am wondering if it would be an alright idea after I am done to go on a juice fast for a little bit? I would love to give my body a chance after it to rest and repair even better. Is this a good or bad idea?
Thank you:)

I can't answer your question, but I would advice taking probiotics during and after taking antibiotics.
Sending you healing wishes. :)

Next time try "Grapefruit Seed Extract" instead of antibotics. You will find that it is SOOOO much better than those.

Raw garlic also is a powerful anti-biotic.
I never took anti-biotic in my entire life. I got pneumonia, bronchite etc... When i got my first pneumonia, someone told me about the raw garlic. It wasn't appealing, when i felt it was getting worst, i thought to try that before going to the doctor. It neutralized my condition and it didn't go worst, so i knew it was working. I was also doing healing energy on me (Reiki). (Chopped the garlic finely, place inside a table spoon and swallow that with water. If you have a lemon, squeeze the juice inside the water). When you feel better, drink orange juice. Most people has this natural gift with healing, and a man healed his brain cancer by just placing his hand on his head. So place your hand from head going down to the base of your spine and try to do the back the best you can. (on the head, eye/forehead, top of the head, back of the head, throat heart, solar plexus, and continue to go down, try to stay 3-5 min per positition). Only focus on receiving/gratitude, you will feel some warm coming from your hand.
For the prohobiotic, i bought the one called "Natren Healthy Trinity". This is a combination of three most friendly bacteria for your digestive system. Very expensive but it worked for me.
I hope you feel good soon. I cannot respond to your question about fasting but i know green smoothie would be a go to help to re-banlance your body.
