The Raw Revolution Diet by Cherie Soria, Brenda Davis and Vesato Melina.
I really like this book. Not only are the recipes delicious, but Cherie Soria has written it with two vegan dietitians so you get alot of great nutrition information.

Some of my staples are: The Garden Blend Soup (very yummy)
an Figgie nut'ins, and the pineapple teriyaki sauce. I also like her ideas for green smooties.

The other is Ani's Raw Food Kitchen.

Some of my favorites from this book are the Strawberry coconut shake, Home-Style Minestrone Soup, Sun Burgers with Black Sesame Sunflower Bread and my favorite Baja cheeze Burrito with Taco Nut Meat and Red Pepper Corn Salsa (too yummy).

Alissa's, or course. :)

I've collected 18 raw recipe books over the past 5 years. I have "go to favorite recipes" in all of them. The book with the most sticky notes in it is "The Complete Book of Raw Foods". It is a collection of recipes from various raw food chefs. I bought most of my raw books after checking them out at the library numerous times. The library is where I found Alissa's book.

Alissa's is sort of my "Betty Crocker" classic...then my fave user friendly "gourmet" book is Raw Food Real World. The recipes I have tried taste just like the food at her restaurant :)
