Watermelon Island?????

Can anyone explain what this is?

Means that all you eat is watermelon.

There are also melon islands, common one is banana island, etc. You can pretty much do it with anything...

I love watermelon....I have had 6 so far this season and one big fat daddy on my counter calling my name. I put it in my green drink this time and it was wonderful. Can't wait to crack open the next one.

i never get runs from watermelon...or mono mealing on any fruit for that matter. i love going to papaya island ;)

Yes, but mono meal is usually just that - a meal (bananas for luch), this means few days (dare I say weeks) of the same thing.
Some people swear by it...Haven't tried it myself!

I used to have to go after i ate watermelon, but not anymore. guess i got used to it.

i love watermelon so much! today i made a watermelon/lime/cucumber cooler. it was SO GOOD!

I have been to watermelon island two times since I posted on this thread. Ooo la la....yummy to my tummy.

Today was mostly watermelon all day and still have a bunch to go for another day! They are right price right now!!

Are you guys juicing the skin. Most of the nutrients in watermelon are in the skin.
I juice it with about a quarter inch of flesh and drink the juice first and then eat the flesh.
I have a really dark one waiting right now. I only buy the dark ones because they have chlorophyl
