Kristen Suzanne's "Gourmet Italian Quiche Tarts" and "Flying Dragon Broccoli" really look good. Pictures are found on this blog:

Does anyone have a recipe for quiche that comes out sort of like this?

Thanks. :)

Howdy, glad you like my photos. I actually made Russell James spinach and mushroom quiche this past weekend. Although it tastes quite different than Kristen's recipe, the base ingredients are similar. Check out my most recent post for the photos and lots of details. I also give 2 links to where you can find Russell's recipe. It's an awesome tasting quiche! I highly recommend this as well. Both Russell and Kristen have great quiche recipes. :D

Thank you Joyce!!! I have almost all the ingredients for the spinach mushroom quiche!

Now I just need a dehydrator, LOL!

Yeah, this gets dehydrated for a very long time. But in the end it's worth the wait. Kristen's recipe uses psyllium powder which thickens the filling up so you have the option of not using a dehydrator or dehydrating for only one hour. Russell's recipe gets dehydrated for up to 24 hours! (and it has to be dehydrated as it's very wet)
