I would like to join this month also, getting a late start. Also what do you guys think about steamed veggies, Broc and Brussell Sprouts no butter just lemon juice and sea salt. I have a lot and really do not want to waste them.

Today is day 7 for me. Yesterday was really hard. I went to my mother-in-law's and sat there while the entire rest of the family at pizza and cake. I was starving, but didn't bring anything as we hadn't actually planned on eating there. I was able to resist it, but was almost jealous because it smelled so good. Today is much better.
B - GS - spinach, romaine, banana, melon and pineapple
L - Salad w/cucumber, mushrooms, carrots, pine nuts
S- Big bowl watermelon
D - ???

Hi Bowie,
I noticed that last month Rawkins posted an announcement that we should not start threads in this area. Where should we post what we ate and discussions regarding how we are doing.
I know sounds like a stupid questions but I have been away for a long time and just want to make sure that I am following the rules.

Fell off the wagon this weekend, but I'm back.
Starting with juice this morning, going to focus on fruit today.

Lots of fruits in the mornings (melon, bananas, pears - not all at once, though ;) )
Mushrooms with wild garlic mustard for lunch.
If I'm going to be hungry later on, I will eat tomatos with more wild greens.
Sports: 1 hour cardio at the gym (due to awful weather, no inline skating today).

Do exactly what you did with this one. You 'Reply' to the thread. Each day, a moderator will start the new thread. Tomorrow is 'Day 12' and one of them will start, the rest of us 'Reply'.
I got three new books from Amazon today. Very excited about them. I am adding more greens into my smoothies.
I ate almost half a watermelon throughout the day. It was wonderful.
I also had a coconut/pineapple/banana smoothie this morning
Planning Raw Corn Chowder tonight.
Currently cooking the kids fried chicken.
I amaze myself that I am able to do that without even trying it.

Ended up drinking champagne and eating a few beans this weekend, ( regular white beans and also some hummus) but it was mothers day and I am not beating myself up about it. Did have a stomach ache all day yesterday from though...
So, today I started a juice/smoothie fast.
Dont know how long I am going to stick to it, as long as I can // til my body feels ready to stop.
B-green smoothie ( spinach, banana, 2 strawberries)
L-24 oz fresh squeezed OJ
S- smoothie ( banana, pineapple, OJ, strawberries)
D-green smoothie ( spinach, romaine, cucs, red peppers, broc, avo)
Hope everyone is having as good of a Monday as possible :)

Quite good day, even though i got a bit dizzy from not having enough snacks in the afternoon (i eat like 6 times a day :D)
The facial i gave myself on sunday night was a huge mistake. Back on square one with my skin, loads of redness and scars that flared up. Well, i'm staying positive. This is what my skin's been like for months, so i guess a week more or two wont hurt.
Was working all day and night at a big concert (an american superstar), so not a lot of time to prepare a meal. i brought salads though, and the catering was amazing, loads of salads. even though i enede up eating a tomato that had had salmon on it.. strange taste.
Anyways, here are my foods:
B - green smoothie: arugula, blueberries banana
S - buckwheat un-cereal, banana, mylk
L - Avocado, odds and ends from the salads i made for dinner
D - Carot/sprout/apple salad, zucchini noodles w tomato sauce, fruits from the buffet (strawberries again!!!)
S - fruits and salads from catering, peppermint tea

Day 11 major dextoxing with headaches and sneezing, my skin is slowly clearing and feeling some relief.
Todays intake:
B: banana, water.
L: 2 bananas,grapes, water.
D: 2 bowls of mixed vegetable salad, water.
S: strawberries, apple slices, water.
