View Full Version : My new butter
I really wanted corn on the cob today. All the fresh corn is coming in. So I went to the market and bought a few ears. Now what to do with them. I heated my water up to 120 degrees and let it cool to 110. I put my shaved corn in and let it sit about 20 minutes. Then I added a teaspoon of coconut oil and sprinkled sea salt. Yum, :)

That sounds good. I'm going to try this. Thank you for sharing.
I forgot to mention that I drained the water before I added the coconut oil and sea salt.

I love corn off the cob, just cut with a knife. Easy, tasty and doesn't need heat. Then you can add the butter or even just salt.
