Hey all you happy Rawbies!

I have grape vines in my yard - don't know what kind of grapes, they're super small and usually the bird eat them before I've even noticed them. They seemed really bitter the few I tried. Where they ripe, heaven knows - never seen anything like them.

Wondered if I could make use of the leaves tho?

I've seen a few raw stuffed grape leaves - in a raw restaurant and a recipe on line.

Do the grape leaves come from a particular type of grape vine, or would just any do?

Any info or thoughts is appreciated!

I want to grow up to be a forager like you hard core lot!

I have made green chips with vine leaves, I sometimes put a few small bits in salads but they are fairly astringent.
If you lacto ferment them for short while they will soften up and then you could stuff them.
