Im shure Rawheaven can help you out but I just have to say, NO ONE can controle you life or you love life, unless you are giving them the power to do so. You need to it take it back. There are many ways to do so, some are:

Ask for divine protection
Ask for that only what is of your highes good will affect you and nothing else.
Send lots of love and light to your mom and let go of any anger or resentment you have towards her (not easy I know but worth the work)

The book by Diana Cooper called A little light on spiritual laws, is hightly recomeded. How we relate inside ourself to other people is sooo important. If we change they will change too. So the work we need to do is inside ourself.

I don't know - I've just been trying to live my own life. I keep in touch, take her shopping etc. I don't share anything other than what the kids are up to, job stuff, household projects, etc. Then to find out she been interfering on a spiritual level without my knowledge......

Just kind of odd that it happens to be in regards to romantic endeavors when it just so happens that I haven't been asked out on even a single date for years, which is quite different than the majority of my life. Sure I said no alot - but at least I was asked first, LOL.

So to know that she has been up to this at the same time my romantic life has been jack squat is very disturbing, imo.

my beliefs...
cutting cords isn't a good thing. it doesn't work and causes all kinds of problems and angels aren't able to take things away from people. all one has done is built a conciousness around them, but doesn't fix/cure everything. and there is no such thing as "gods will" like that site claims and we all constantly hear many people speak about. we are our own god.

regarding cords...
everyday we get new cords added to us. when people think about us strongly, want something from us... a new cord is added. when we start feeling negative, weighed down, stressed etc then it's time to take action.

there's a lenghty way of doing this going through all the chakras and other steps...
but the very simpleist way to heal these cords is to place one hand on your root chakra and have your other hand/arm straight up in the air and put intent for all the negative cords to go back to that person all the while putting light into it to heal those negative cords. sometimes you'll get glimpses of those who put the cords on you.
once you feel free and more like yourself and filled with light etc... then you stop.

Well emotional and ethical cords can be there eventhoug we dont have a direct connection with that person. We can even have cords with death people (dead loveones).
They connect with us or we with them. It can be an experience, a trauma, a happy moment, somthing in you childhood, ect. It is a big subjec to explain the whole cord and energysystem thing here, but as Pixi said use an easy and fast way to cut the cords no need to think to much about it. The link was just an example of how to do it and a short explanation, I dont know the person who have the website and I may not agree on everyhting she says. Just to give you an idear of what it is :D

Well as Rawheaven said I goes way back with your mom and you. You have a lifetime of experiences with her and we as humans (animals, nature a.s.o.) excange energy all the time. I can give you an example; I had a buissines partner for a year and she turnd out to be nasty. After that year I left and had nothing to do with her at all. But I could for a year and a half feel her bad breath in my neck from time to time. I heard from some commen friends we have that she has been going around town spreading bad rumors about me, and that she was still really upsett and angry of what have happend between us. I had nothing to do with her but I could feel the bad wibes she was sending me. I chose not to let it affect me and it hasent. It is her problem and somthing she have to deal with, it dosent consern me.

Maby you change too the last two years ? maby you are sending unconsious signals out that you are not interested ? maby it has nothing to do with your mother ? a.s.o. many posibilities to think of :)

We chose our own happyness and no one can affect that. Have you seen the movie The Secret ? You can heal your life by Lousie Hay ? there are many ways you can learn about this.
