This is something i useually get before a cold, or when i feel a bit muggy, so i guess it's got to do with detoxing

When i brush my teeth sometimes i get theese tiny whiteish/yellowish thingies coming from my throat. they're just about a few millimeters big, white and a little soft, and if i break them with my fingers they smell terrible, like bad breath and mucus..(they're not on the skin in my throat, i sort of cough them up, or they "slide" up when i brush)

I know my mom gets them too, and i guess it's old mucus stuck in the throat of some sort? just wondering if you guys get that too.

peace

Google it and check out any of the links that interest you. I had my tonsils out and it took care of it. Was not the reason they came out . They were very sick.

I have had these for a long time and my husband has only noticed them (in his throat) for the past year. He seems to think that coffee can make them worse and since he has mostly given up coffee he hasn't had them, then he has coffee and notices them again.

I guess you can get a waterpik and spray them out. They are pretty gross but lots of people get them. My husband is now hyper sensitive and he thinks he can smell the smell on people's breath and he wants to let people know they have them. I would still like to have friends, so I have discouraged him from spreading the word.

Are you 100% raw? How long have you been raw? I would be interested to know if it gets better as you eat raw. I think mine were better when I was 100% raw, no coffee but I can't say for certain.

From what i've read they're tiny pieces of food that get stuck in cavities in your tonsills, and then bacteria starts growing and you get the gunky "stones". The smell is sulfur that gets into them for some reason (not very good at chemistry/biology/whatever).

If it's true that they're fragments of food stuck in tonsill cavities, i guess raw wont make that big a difference, and a water fast would be the only "safe" way. But since not all the things that doctors tell us about how nasty things happen are true, i guess this might not be true either.

I have not had them all the time. I've had them in the past, but only for a few weeks, then they'd go away and not come back for a few months.

But, i will keep you posted on what happens!
