Pad Thai ?

Hi rawbies,

Would someone please tell me which exactly "yellow" squash I am supposed to use in Alissa's recipe for Pad Thai on page 396 of her book? Is it "spaghetti squash"?

I use the yellow summer squash that is similar to zucchini. If you can't find the yellow variety, zucchini works well in the recipe.

I made it with zucchini. No mung sprouts either. That is the one with mungs right? Well anyway I have never used a yellow squash yet. Just zukes.

I usually use zucchini but sometimes I make baby coconut noodles. I also prefer it with the mung beans sprouts. The yellow squash is very similar to the zucchini but the zucchini yeilds more noodles for me. The baby coconut noodles are just a whole different texture and taste but boy are they good.
