I'm trying to make some essene bread from sprouted buckwheat and raisins. I made the dough this morning, but I can't make the bread right away (not here to turn the dehyd down and flip over the bread after 2 hours). Can I store the dough in the fridge or will it go bad? How many days can I keep the dough before dehydrating it?
