Hello everybody,
My real name is Julia, I am 23 years old and a student of the beautiful English language in Mannheim. I'm in a very happy relationship and whenever I have holidays, I live with my boyfriend in Dublin.
I have been a vegetarian for more than half of my life (much to the dismay of my family) and some month ago, I talked with my boyfriend about what would be the ideal diet for us: He introduced me to Konz's "Ur-food" (originial food/ food of the ancient). The thought of only eating completely unprocessed fruits, vegetables and wild greens for the rest of my life, was not so easy for me, at first: I had allways loved cooking and going out to restaurants, but when he told me about all the health benefits (especially that our future children will have a much longer life expectancy and never get ill), I got used to the idea.
I started substituting cooked meals with fruits or salads; whatever else I ate, I tryed to make as healthy as possible. I also took up inline skating and, more recenetly, working out in the gym. I used to be a coach patatoe, now I can hardly live without my exercises :)
I made the switch to completely raw about three weeks ago and I'm so happy, I have done this step. Any time, I go inline skating or for a walk, I bring back some self-gathered wild greens and eat them with fruits or make a salad out of them. I still find most of them a bit bitter and can't eat tones of them, but I think, I will get used to them. Vegetable fruits and even more sweet fruits, on the other hand, I could eat all day :)
I whish you all a very good day (or whatever time it is in your part of the world), Cerellia/Julia
