Literally, I want to incorperate as much green's as possible into this fast. I want to buy in bulk, for atleast 4 or 5 days, however I am not sure if buying a lot is a good idea, I dont want it to go bad. I have had much success with plastic containers that organic greens come in, however they take up too much room. Has anyone experimented with putting their greens in a big ziploc baggy? I was thinking about buyuing a couple of days worth and portioning it out to what I want to consume each day.
Im in a total time crunch usually, and juicing greens has been a daunting task, im trying to get all of my ducks in a row, I have frozen juices, that I can thaw and add to my greens and smoothies.... I think I just need to figure out my green situation and ill be set!

Seems as if you can prewash and chop your greens and freeze for later. Not sure what that will do to the nutritive vcalue but it wills ave fridge space.
Then just add to smoothies as needed, unless of cours you mean to juice them.

Hoppy juicing....green is power!!!

I gather my greens, myself on the meadows outside town. Rockets, nettles, clover, ribwort ... there are so many, even though I don't know them all, yet, but I am learning. It's the freshest and cheapest way and they have way more nutriens when they grow wild. If you go for walk or exercise outside, anyway, it is really not a big deal.

No, it not a big deal.......I think its a RAWkin' Good deal. Just go to God's Health Food Store and look over the Meadow and see what you want for a Meal and just pick it. Then take it to the Register and it says "No Charge" and all you have to say is "Thank YOU..........Thank you.

I didnt know if juicing greens was a good idea. Will it lose a lot of nutrients? I do freeze juice but never greens or grapefruit juice. I wasn't sure about it. I assume it's the same as freezing orange juice!

The best thing to do of course is to drink your juice, fresh squeezed, in the moment. I do feel a difference, but when I don't have the time to do this I do the following:
I buy a few favorite greens in bulk at the farmer's market. I juice enough for two days....put the remainder in a glass container and refrigerate. I intend that in 24 hours it will still be fresh. By all means, please don't freeze anything or use frozen juice products on a fast. Defeats the purpose. In my opinion after much research on fasting. However, we all have a choice and can intend anything. If freezing works for you, go for it. :)
