I felt so confident when I went into that health food store. Still a little shakey.
Regarding my fruit smoothies...is there such a thing as too many?

Your post confuses me. Are you saying that the fruit smoothies are making you shaky? If so then maybe you have blood sugar issues.

I don't think there's such a thing as having too many smoothies.
People do smoothie feasts! I believe there is someone on the RFT here that is getting close to 100 days on their smoothie feast.

Shaky meaning...no longer confident in what I was doing.
Physically, I feel great, couldn't feel better.

I've talked to her on this forum. I think I'll look her up. Thanks everyone. I'm thinking the trip to the health food store was a mistake.

Try adding a few leafs of Greens to your Smoothie although there is Nothing wrong with only Fruit.

Since I've been raw, I've let my body do the talking. It'll let me know when I've had too many fruit smoothies, because I'll start to crave a HUGE salad, or some nuts for something a bit heavier. Alissa talks about this in her book as well. :) HTH! :D

p.s. Now that the weather's getting hotter here in Georgia, I've been having a good 3-4 fruit smoothies a day, and my body is thanking me for it. :)
