Question -- now that you are eating some cooked food again have you experienced a gradual tendency to eat more cooked and less raw as time goes on ?

Jurence - I am impressed. 75 pounds is awesome. I wish you the best in maintaining with only partial raw. I am trying to be 100% now to lose 30 lbs but hope to be able to eat some non raw eventually. Just no dairy or grains. Too addictive. I find it hard to eat a lot of raw veggies other than GS. My teeth are very sensitive and I would like to eventually be able to eat some steamed veggies at dinner. But I may not be able to. Keep intouch and let us know how it goes for you. My best.
