Obvisously, I'm not high raw YET.......This is the first time ever I've gotten nauseated from a smoothie. It only had: Spinich, peach, honeydew, 1 strawberry, 2g Vitamin C, & 120 ml of liquid B complex.
This is the 2nd one I had today and the first one didn't make me sick......

I am fairly new at this but my understanding is that you should not mix melons with anything else. Melons are eaten alone.
But I am sure others will answer also.

Sometimes folks new to a lot of greens get nausea. Heavier foods help. Might eat some nuts along with smoothie.Adding bananas help too.

You might want to not mix the supplements with your smoothies. Also try keeping it simple with just one or two fruits added to the greens. I also agree that melon should be eaten alone.

I have mixed melons without any ill effect. However, I don't know about your 120 ml of B supplement.
What is the recommended dose?
120 ml is 4 ounces. Did you overdose yourself?

I know that the melon theory was mentioned, but I noticed for me that I can not eat melon with anything else. On the other hand, my boyfriend can eat anything with anything and feel fine. Its all about figuring out what your body can and can not combine.

I second the B supplement idea. That's a lot of B...

From what i've learned from the Boutenkos books, the teach not to blend anything but fruits, greens and water in your smoothie. No oils, no supplements, nothing but the three i mentioned.
So, that's my guess. Keep 'em simpler.
