Before and After 4 months on

These are my before and after photo's still a long way to go but I think there is a wee difference there. Excuse the hair, jumped out of the shower without looking in the mirror before the photo was taken.

I think it's noticeable already.
You look tighter, like you're wearing a girdle compared with the befores, if you now what I mean, LOL.
Also your face looks less tense.

Oh my goodness, I was thinking the same. :p I noticed the gorgeous landscape and thought to myself, "whoa Patch lives in paradise!"

Before raw I used to hate getting my picture taken but now I enjoy it. I feel so much trimmer. All this and better health too ! :)

Thanks everyone for the comments, I do live in paradise it's called New Zealand.
Would you believe we have just started our winter in photo's 2 and 4 you can tell by the ice cold white feet. Guess that's why my hair was sort of standing on end too.
I must admit I wasn't as pleased with my photo's, as I felt I'd lost so much more. I actually feel slim now and healthy of course, perhaps next time I'll change my outfit and brush my hair lol.

LOL, don't worry about your hair. We're all family here. Can't wait until I get to my 4th month. How much have you lost? Did you cheat any?

I've actually been raw for 6 months now but didn't take the first lot of photo's until 2 months into raw. All up I've lost 16 kg's which I think is 32lb. Hope I can lose the same again just easily.
