I'd like to start another thread where we all list our daily meals!
What type of things do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
For me, a raw breakfast is the most difficult thing to find, because I like to chew (hence no smoothies), but don't have alot of time to do chopping. I usually end up eating some pre-made granola and fruit, but I'd love to see what you all are eating!

Well, let's see, today went something like this...
2 romaine leaves stuffed with tomatoes, avocado, arugula micro greens and mustard
huge kale salad (kale massaged w/EVOO & sea salt, topped with sesame seeds and cherry tomato halves)
about a dozen mariani dates; some stuffed with cashews and some just plain

today was a grazing day. first i like to start with a large glass of water. food started off with a very large tomato. a little later a four bite yummy thing i like to call almond delight (recipe available upon request). a while later a few medjool dates. still later a fresh carrot. then an avocado with acv. after 4 a shot of wheatgrass with a large green juice chaser. currently, an avocado, tomato and sunflower micro-greens salad. prolly have another almond delight later for dessert. (my time 2 hours behind the forum time)

Try making the raw cinnamon roll. It is very good and very close in taste. I get about a week's worth cut out of the "log". I don't even make an "icing". So breakfast could be a roll and a banana. Yummy. I think I will be making this pretty soon!

Fruit salad (banana, papaya, mango,and apple)
I will probably have some fruit and possibly another salad tonight.
I have a bad habit of eating about every few hours or so after 4:00 until 11:00.:rolleyes: My one problem with raw food; it tastes so good I can't stop eating!!:p Oh well, better to overeat salads and fruit then hamburgers!

Simple Yummy salad:
Mixed greens, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, zucchini, shredded carrot and beet
Apple, Lemon juice, curry powder, ginger powder, water
So good I had to share :)
