SO I made my usual kale and avocado salad this afternoon and the only different thing that I added was smoked almonds. I don't think that they were raw though. I will admit that I did eat a lot of these little buggers...they are like crack to me. But now 5 hours later, I still have a lump in the top of my belly that is making me want to throw up! Even drinking water isn't helping. How do I get rid of this feeling?

Uhhh, "smoked" = not raw.

Time will get rid of feeling. Always has, always will. Of course you could stick your fingers down your throat and toss your almonds.

Yep, it will go away with time....great learning experience. Whenever it happens to me, I put the offending food on the list of stuff I'll never eat again.

Aww poor thing, I mean that sincerely. I read that fats can take up to 48hrs to leave completely leave your system. It will go away, just eat really clean...lots of fresh fruits.

Well 36 hours later blessed relief! I'm NEVER doing that again! It's too bad though, I buy the almonds because I know the guy who makes them, but then again if I knew the president of Pillsbury Inc. I still wouldn't eat his cereal!

But I just love my almond pate with guac and sunflower sprouts in a collard wrap! I never noticed any problems?!?!
