I went 100% raw (cold turkey) on April 22. Can someone please tell me if there is anything I need to be supplementing with ie: supplements, superfoods, etc.? Is it possible to have all nutritional needs met eating strictly fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds?
Thanks!

If you are eating/drinking enough I think it is possible. Best way to know for sure though, if this is something that worries you, is getting a blood test or an EDS (electro dermal screening)
Sometimes I will supplement if my tests come back showing that I am very low on something. I will only take supplements until my tests show the levels are back to good.

the natural supplements are made from the foods you are eating, they may be raw, but not fresh.

Just eat as much as you feel you need to eat and you will be fine. You don't need anything but those 4. Just be sure you're eating greens as well. Make some salad, pop some broccoli in your mouth, buy some seaweed packages, just make sure you're getting some green in your diet. You can live on mostly fruits, especially considering nuts are technically fruit and seeds are found in them, but just make sure at least 10% of what you eat is green!

It took "modern" homo sapiens a couple hundred thousand years to get here, and at least 95% of that time our ancestors ate nothing but raw fruits, nuts, seeds and greens. The stuff they had to fear were natural disasters and predators, along with the occasional famine which is nature's way to make sure that the carrying capacity of the planet is not exceeded. They thrived on their food. You can, too!

Oh I eat PLENTY of greens. A wonderful smoothie in the morn. with banana, orange, strawberries, kale, spinach, parsley and romaine. Delish! And for dinner usually a huge salad with fresh veggies in it. It's just that I have reading about all of the "experts" selling superfood this and that and that all adds up. I wanted to make sure those weren't necessities. Thanks for all the input!

I think the "experts" are great, but when it all comes down to it you are your own expert. Sounds like you're doing wonderful with your choices.
