Ooooooh!!! I want to join in this month! I haven't been exercising as much as I used to, and I feel way less vibrant. I need someone to give me the boot and tell me to get moving!
Today so far I've dance for 10 minutes. I'm going to go running tonight.
yesterday's exercise: 35 minutes
30 minutes on the elliptical machine
5 minutes of abs

I MUST exercise more this month. Maybe posting will keep me going. Losing weight is great, but weak muscles don't look good.
Yesterday I took my dog for a 45 minute fast walk. Then I cut a half acre of very tall grass with a regular mower (my riding mower is getting it's annual "get the beast going" treatment at the shop). It took me 3 hours (very lumpy prairie) and I was totally exhausted.:p

I'm afraid to. We just bought a house that needs much work. Infact, today we spent the day tearing the kitchen apart. There is so much to do before we even think about moving our stuff and we are suppose to be out of this place by the end of the month.
But, I finally bought t-tapp, so would love to commit myself to a daily 20-30 minutes of extra exercise. I just don't know if I can feasibly do it. I know, excuses, excuses! I'll try.
May 1, I did do the t-tapp ---- at least I tried! It was a work-out and quite a learning experience for me. Today I tore apart a kitchen, swinging a hammer and lifting much too heavy stuff!
If you want something bad enough, you'll make it happen right? Hm-m-m, now the real question is, do I want it bad enough? I do need to also work on my attitude!
Okay, I'm rambling.

I have been torquing my knee lately when running and speed walking too .So I have to be super conscious when i run not to fall into a pattern that can damage my knees.I think there's sort of 'running docs' that will film how you run and help correct bad habits that can lead to serious problems. For now I hope just staying conscious will give me the running longevity I desire!

The yoga one is my least fav. I don't do that one at all. Instead I go to a Bikram yoga class on those days. I love yoga but I don't know why I don't like that CD. I think I just love Bikram yoga way more that any other yoga is not intense enough?

Hey I am following the P90X fitness program (not the diet)
It is pretty intense. I am seeing good results and I'm getting stronger. I also didn't pay the price that it retails for. Better deals on it elsewhere like what monkapotapus said - ebay. You do have to have the equipment for most of his videos as well.
Working out at home you can make it as intense as you would like. The videos do show some beginner ways of doing the exercise which help.
Hope this helps.

I have to finish up my month's postings....
I went for a yogafit level 4 training in Minneapolis this past weekend & we did some intense stuff + a 2hr class each morning.
I was staying with a friend & we took the dogs for a walk each day 5/26 - 5/30.
Thursday 5/28 - 2 hour yoga class
Friday 5/29 - 2 hour yoga class
Sat 5/30 - 2 hour yoga class
Sun 5/31 - 2 hour yoga class
I was completely exhausted.....
Now on to June....
