I've been living in the SAD zone for a while now...yeah, 20 lbs later and wondering what is going on! So I am ready to come back to raw! I will be starting off by having wonderful green smoothies that I've always liked but just stopped making.
To keep me in line, I've decided to post what I had written months ago. (Should have re-read it a while back.) Maybe this might help someone else struggling too! And there may be some others you might add that I would like to attain!
To be healthier - eat raw.
To sleep better - eat raw.
To feel better emtionally - eat raw.
To be fitter - eat raw.
To have glowing skin - eat raw.
To have more energy - eat raw.
